Sour Cream Breakfast Cake

  • Cream together sugar, butter, and vanilla. Add eggs. Combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Add alternately with sour cream to creamed mixture.
  • In another bowl, mix together butter, sugar, cinnamon, flour and nuts for the topping. Add half of topping to batter and mix.
  • Spread into a 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle with remaining half of topping.
  • Bake at 350° for 30-35 min.
  • Serve warm with butter.
