  • Place the burger patty on the super hot grill top.
  • Immediately press the onions with a hot flat iron (hot so it peels away easily, you can also spray it with oil).
  • Let it cook a couple minutes then flip and add Cheese slice.
  • Let it cook a few more minutes and take off grill, and place it directly on the bun.
  • Best eaten right off the grill. You don't really need a lot of toppings with this recipe.
