Smash Burgers

Eat with deep fried freedom fries.

Ingredients
  • 1/3 lb 80/20 beef patties preformed (Completely thawed)
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions (Sliced super thin)
  • 1 slice American cheese
  • 3 dash Lawry's Seasoning and pepper
Instructions
  1. Place the burger patty on the super hot grill top.
  2. Immediately press the onions with a hot flat iron (hot so it peels away easily, you can also spray it with oil).
  3. Let it cook a couple minutes then flip and add Cheese slice.
  4. Let it cook a few more minutes and take off grill, and place it directly on the bun.
  5. Best eaten right off the grill. You don't really need a lot of toppings with this recipe.
