Smash Burgers
Eat with deep fried freedom fries.
Ingredients

lb
80/20 beef patties preformed
(Completely thawed)

1/2
cup
sliced onions
(Sliced super thin)

1 slice
American cheese
-
3
dash
Lawry's Seasoning and pepper
Instructions

Place the burger patty on the super hot grill top.

Immediately press the onions with a hot flat iron (hot so it peels away easily, you can also spray it with oil).

Let it cook a couple minutes then flip and add Cheese slice.

Let it cook a few more minutes and take off grill, and place it directly on the bun.

Best eaten right off the grill. You don't really need a lot of toppings with this recipe.
