Hot Rolls

Ingredients
    Proof yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp yeast
  • 2 warm milk
  • 1/2 cup oil or lard
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Mix in flour, then add the yeast mixture
  • 2 cup floud
  • 2 eggs
  • 7 cup flour
  • Mix in remaining flour while mixing
Instructions
  1. After mixing all ingredients, mix for a few more minutes, then put in a greased bowl and let it rise in slightly warmed oven for 1 hour.
  2. Punch down.
  3. Let rise 45 min.
  4. Knead slightly to get air bubbles out. Get rest of the air bubbles out with shaping into rolls. OR Put shaped rolls in pan and let rise for 10-15 min. in cold oven.
  5. Turn oven on to 350 and back 20 minutes. Rolls will finish rising as oven heats.
