(or 2 tablespoons instant dry milk powder)
Instructions

Add all wet ingredients first, then dry.

Add ½ cup hot water to ½ cup milk in a liquid measuring container, then put in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Keep yeast away from liquids and salt so they don’t touch.

Start the bread maker, don't leave it overnight.
