Best Buttermilk Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
    Stir together, then set aside
  • 4 cup wheat flour
  • 2 cup white flour
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 6 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • Beat together (milk and vinegar can be substituted for buttermilk)
  • 4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cup milk (don't add if you have buttermilk)
  • 2 tsp vinegar (don't add if you have buttermilk)
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 1/3 oil
Instructions
  1. Blend just till moist - leave batter lumpy.  Pre-heat griddle till it sizzles or smokes when water or nonstick spray is applied.
