Spudnut Doughnuts

Ingredients
    Mix and let stand:
  • 2 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp yeast
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • Combine in mixer:
  • 1/2 sugar
  • 1/2 oil
  • 1/2 powdered milk
  • 1 1/2 salt
  • 1/2 plain instant potatoes
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 vanilla
  • Add yeast mixture to the mixer and blend
  • 6 flour (Mix well. Add more flour if needed, but flour should be soft.)
  • Frosting
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. After mixing the 6 cups of flour, let it rise once, roll out and cut.
  2. Let the cut donuts rise again.
  3. Fry them in hot oil till golden brown.
