Olive Garden Potato Soup

Ingredients
  • 1 Pack Mild Italian sausage (links or ground) 
  • 1 Minced onion 
  • cup diced ham 
  • Green onions 
  • 7 qt scrubbed, thinly sliced potatoes 
  • 5 qt water or chicken broth 
  • 2 cup milk
  • Chicken bouillon to taste 
  • Kale, thinly sliced
Instructions
  1. Brown meat and onion in a skillet. 
  2. Add the ham, onions, and potatoes. 
  3. Put those ingredients in a pot with the seasoned water. 
  4. Boil the potatoes until they are tender, about 10 minutes. 
  5. Thicken with flour by making a thick paste, then thinning a little, then adding to soup and bringing to a boil.
  6. Add kale right before serving.
