Proof yeast
- Mix in flour, then add the yeast mixture
- Mix in remaining flour while mixing
Instructions
- After mixing all ingredients, mix for a few more minutes, then put in a greased bowl and let it rise in slightly warmed oven for 1 hour.
- Punch down.
- Let rise 45 min.
- Knead slightly to get air bubbles out. Get rest of the air bubbles out with shaping into rolls. OR Put shaped rolls in pan and let rise for 10-15 min. in cold oven.
- Turn oven on to 350 and back 20 minutes. Rolls will finish rising as oven heats.
