German Oven Pancakes

Serve with fresh or frozen (thawed) fruit, with whipped topping.

Ingredients
  • 9 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp milk
  • 1 1/2 cup soda
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 425°. Put pie plates in the oven while it’s heating up
  2. Mix ingredients until smooth.
  3. Either melt 1 TB butter in each pie plate or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Quickly pour about 3/4 c batter in each pie plate and bake 13-18 minutes.
  4. Make sure the oven stays hot. You may even want to heat the oven a little hotter than 425° till you put the pancakes in.
