- Heat oven to 425°. Put pie plates in the oven while it’s heating up
- Mix ingredients until smooth.
- Either melt 1 TB butter in each pie plate or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Quickly pour about 3/4 c batter in each pie plate and bake 13-18 minutes.
- Make sure the oven stays hot. You may even want to heat the oven a little hotter than 425° till you put the pancakes in.
