Instructions

Sauté butter, onions and mushrooms till crisp-tender.

Add flour, stir until mixed.

Slowly add broth – stirring constantly.

Add chicken and heat.

Stir in milk.

Place in a serving container and top with parsley.

Divan: Place rice pilaf in a serving dish, topped with Sauce. Top with broccoli in a decorative fashion and drizzle with the gravy.
